Custom Image Terms

By providing an image to WonderPiece Studio for use in creating a customer puzzle or related product, the customer affirms and warrants that they are the rightful owner of the image or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use the image. The customer accepts full responsibility for the content of the image and agrees that WonderPiece Studio bears no liability for any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property disputes that may arise from the use of the provided image. WonderPiece Studio will not verify ownership of customer-submitted images and will relu solely on the customer's representation of their rights. By submitting an image, the customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify WonderPiece Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses related to the use of the submitted images.
